Our tailored care coordination services
Ridgeline supports neurodivergent individuals and families with clear, practical help navigating healthcare, benefits, appointments, and daily system barriers.
Care coordination
Our core service focuses on connecting you with appropriate medical providers, understanding diagnoses, and facilitating communication between healthcare professionals and your family. We help you make informed decisions about your health journey.
Case management
Beyond medical appointments, our case management services assist with insurance claims, understanding benefits, and accessing community resources. We advocate on your behalf, ensuring seamless access to vital support services.
Pastoral care
Offered as a community ministry at no charge, our pastoral care provides spiritual and emotional support. Our ordained minister offers compassionate listening, guidance, and comfort through life's challenges, respecting all beliefs.
Sliding scale & fees
We believe everyone deserves access to quality care coordination. Our services are offered on a sliding scale to ensure affordability, reflecting our commitment to accessible and equitable care for all.
We Meet You Where You Are
Neurodivergent brains work differently—not wrongly. If you are autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or neurodivergent in another way, you may have spent a lot of energy masking, guessing unspoken social rules, or trying to meet expectations that do not fit how you actually think. Ridgeline does not ask you to do that.
We communicate clearly. No hidden expectations. No judgment if you need something spelled out, prefer direct language over small talk, want written summaries, or need time to process before responding. Your care plan is built with you—not for you—around what you actually need rather than what someone assumes you should want.
Ridgeline is founded and led by an autistic person who understands that sensory overload is real, executive dysfunction is not laziness, and asking for clarification is not a failure. We take your experience seriously, communicate explicitly, and work with you in ways that respect how your brain works.
